It was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2760) suggests excluding second part from article 17 of the Law “On Lease of State and Municipal Property”. The need to exclude the said provision is justified by the fact that, in the opinion of the legislative initiative, it creates conditions for the emergence of corruption and abuse by landlords, but also leads to a situation "where other legal entities can not exercise their right to in a rental property."
